Apron feeder is auxiliary equipment for crushing process used to feed materials continuously and uniformly to primary crusher through feed bin. It also used for short distance transport material, particularly useful for conveyance of materials of large specific gravity, larger particles and strong abrasive. Apron feeder is one of the commonly used equipment in stone crushing plant. Apron feeder having been widely used in industries of metallurgy, stone crushing, mine, cement and building material etc.
Apron feeders are used to horizontally or inclined convey large size stone or loose materials from warehouse to crusher or other machinery.
Apron feeder can be divided into light apron feeder, medium apron feeder, and heavy apron feeder.
Feature:
1. Variable speed by frequency conversion control cabinet, 0.01-0.15 m/s.
2. Including the feed trough, to prevent the material leakage.
3. Thickness of plate from 8mm to 20mm, impact resistance and long time.
4. High-strength roller chain and tank chain based on customers' requirements.
5. Equipped with the world famous brand motor and gearbox based on customers' requirements. Such as ABB, Siemens, flender and SEW etc.
